Slate has an article about the jingle behind Subway's recent $5 footlong campaign. If you've watched TV lately, you've definitely heard it. What do you think of the spot?
I don't mind the jingle music or tone, but the repetitive "$5 foot long" message is so annoying. Not as annoying as the head on commercials, but pretty darn close. If this annoying repetitive stuff is where advertising is headed—I quit.
